The Mentoring programme leverages on the experience of mentors in different sectors, by transferring such expertise and knowledge to young people through a mentoring relationship. The six-months one-on-one mentoring programme provides guidance for less experienced mentees to discuss career and business issues with their mentors. At the end of the programme, the mentees would have developed key skills such as foresight, problem solving, goal setting, communication and analytical thinking, in addition to achieving their particular objectives set at the start of the programme.
