Joshua Ogar is a program and grant expert, social innovator, community engagement expert and humanitarian with 6 years of experience working in the civic and non-governmental sector as a Program Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, Fund-raiser and a champion lead for youth advocacy programs.
Prior to joining The Bridge Leadership Foundation, he has driven several community-based projects in Nigeria such as; leading campaigns for safe cooking options in Ogun state, Child protection, WASH, health/hygiene management & maternal health advocacy in IDPs in Abuja, team lead on spelling bee competitions and several educational projects organized in Cross River State.
Joshua, a graduate of Biochemistry from Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aleiro (KSUSTA) is currently running his Master’s degree program in Public Health from National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). He is an alumnus of YALI Regional Leadership Center – Accra, Ghana.
He is passionate about helping organizations and business enterprises to access funding for their business and projects as well as leading development projects to marginalized communities.
When Joshua is not writing/researching, he can be found engaging rural women and youths in various community projects.
