OUR PROGRAMMES
Our programmes which are need-based and demand driven with peculiarity to the myriad of challenges facing young people in Africa are also tools and drivers for achieving sustainable development goals 4, 8, 10, and 17. It contributes to improved learning outcomes for public school children; increased economic development and employment opportunities; reduced inequality with focus on underserved youths, girls and marginalized communities; inspiring active youth participation in civic roles and responsibilities; engages relevant stakeholders and varied partners to promote programme impact and institutionalize learning outcomes. Currently, our programme beneficiaries expands to over 198 communities across 5 states.
Driven by our mission to raise transformational leaders, we are continuously expanding and upgrading our programmes to address contemporary challenges while equipping our target audience with skills to face the ever-changing dynamic future. We also leverage on learnings from these programmes through systematic monitoring and evaluation process and research to ensure our programme curriculum, methodologies and resource persons are constantly updated to adopt best fit approaches that will achieve the transformation we so desire.
Our progress and impact have been possible through the collaborations, partnerships and sponsorships from well-meaning individuals and institutions like Dangote Group, Northwest Petroleum and Gas Company, Mainland Oil and Gas, Stanbic IBTC, First Bank, Witley Brooke Resources Limited, Lilleker, Leadway Assurance, Yinka Folawiyo Group of Companies and the Cross-River State Government.
It is our plan that with the right partners and collaborations, we would have DIRECTLY impacted over 500,000 youths with our programmes and annual events by 2025.
