The LCD programme builds the leadership skills of aged 10-18 youths in public secondary skills to develop their innate leadership potential through self-improving, participatory, action oriented and problem-solving training activities. Designed in a 15 modules curriculum, it inspires these youths to personally lead themselves, their peers and lead community change initiatives/projects in their communities.
