TSP equips teachers in public secondary schools with career development skills, people-centered development skills, pedagogy skills and problem-solving skills, for the purpose of facilitating their own growth and assist them develop the right mindset, capacity and competence to adequately provide the psychosocial support that aids children’s academic, character and leadership development in schools.
