Transformational Mentoring Programme (TMP) hinges on the 3 pillars of early knowledge gain, continuous skill and knowledge reinforcement, and nurturing tangible potential growth to assist young people between the ages of 10-18 years transform into confident, ethical, and visionary young leaders. Public secondary school mentees share a period of 7 months in both in-school and holiday activities with their mentors who are young career professionals.
