The Pacesetters Mentoring Programme (PMP) leverages on the experience, successes and resource of professionals who serve as mentors to help youths aged 18-35 who onboard as mentees bridge-the-gaps between where they are and their life goals which could be short term, mid-term or long term. The programme creates a professional relationship that helps young people cross over difficult bridges and are launched on a redefined path towards achieving success. It involves developing a plan that through strategic meetings, activities and tasks, test and experiment; mentees are guided to achieve set objectives and become pacesetters who can lead themselves and others in crossing various bridges of life.
