Rosemond Archibong is a Programme Manager and Communications Professional with over six years of experience in Media Relations and in implementing Leadership Capacity Development centred programmes in the nonprofit sector in Nigeria. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Salem University, Kogi State, Nigeria and has obtained various certifications in Communications for Development and Program Management from UNESCO and Impacttoolbox.

She is currently changing the trajectory of leadership in Nigeria through her role as a Programme Manager at The Bridge Leadership Foundation, in this capacity, she is engaging key stakeholders, the media, civil society, and government leaders pivotal to addressing gaps in the provision of practical leadership models at Local, State and Federal level, She is currently managing the implementation of the Emerging Political Leadership Fellowship Programme which is focused on transforming the Nigerian leadership landscape by delivering simple and accessible Political Leadership Capacity Development to 25 young Nigerians interested in running for political office, this will invariably expose Fellows to critical knowledge required to thrive in Nigeria’s political arena and invariably will increase the pool of quality candidates equipped to run for political office in Nigeria.

She worked previously as communications for development analyst at a strategic communications advisory firm. Over the past three years, Rosemond has played a pivotal role in changing the narrative of how stories/Impacts are documented for and by Nonprofits in Nigeria using print and online media. Through these experiences, she has garnered various skills in digital/social media management, researching, reporting, and project management.

Through her work, some of her Recognitions and Awards include; Mentor on the Nigerian Women Trust Fund Project on Ending Violence Against Women and Girls, Fellow at WYSE International Leadership Coaching Programme 2021, Ambassador, World Literacy Foundation 2021, YIP Africa Top 100 Shooting Star 2018 in Advocacy, Young Innovator co-creating the future of work at International Connectors 2019, ONE Champions Certificate of Appreciation for commitment in the fight against extreme poverty in Nigeria 2018-2020 with ONE Organization in Nigeria, Award in recognition of contributions to the achievement of sustainable development goals in Cross River State 2019.

She is a woman on a mission to equip young people with innovative skills needed to position them effectively for the future of work.
