Uchenna Achunine is Senior Social Development Executive with more than 12 years project & people management experience leveraging tri-sector (Public/Private/Non-Profit) partnership to address societal issues.
He is currently the Executive Secretary of The Bridge Leadership Foundation.
Prior to The Bridge, he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CVL (Centre for Values in Leadership) from 2007 – 2017. Uchenna joined CVL in January 2006 as a Program Coordinator and rose to the position of COO in 2007. He is a highly motivated and passionate Social Worker who contributed a lot to repositioning CVL. The turn-around that happenedin CVL championed by him, came after he attended the Social Sector Management Program (SSM) at the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) of the Pan Atlantic University in 2011.
He has a very strong penchant for meeting people and adding value to lives.He has touched the lives of so many young people through his work in CVL especially through the CVL Club activities. His dream is to bring succor to as many as possible through social work and community development activities.

Finance and Administrative Manager
Oluwafunmilola Ojo is a resourceful, result oriented, focused, effective and development professional with experiences in provision of accounting, administrative support, project management and technical support in all areas of her scope. Her experiences also include, grant management and grant reporting.
Funlola joined the team in 2015 as the Account and Administrative Manager; her responsibilities include managing all financial activities of the organization and the administrative department. Prior to joining The Bridge Leadership Foundation, she worked as an Account and Administrative Manager in Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ), for several years
She holds a Higher National Diploma in Financial Studies and Higher National Diploma in Accounting, both from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Nigeria. Also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso.
Funlola is passionate about youth and gender development.She has attended several training on Leadership and Project Management.
Giftie Umo has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry from the University of Calabar. She is an Alumnus of the Bridge Leadership Foundation and passionate about social development and reform with major interest in youth and community development. Known for her excellent ability in leading any team to achieving great goals and helping young people develop their leadership and entrepreneurial skills, she is innovative and has passion to convert ideas into results.
Giftie Umo has worked with several developmental organizations like the NYSC/Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and The Bridge Leadership Foundation, leading these organizations in different capacity.
Nya Asuquo joined the organization in 2011 as the Logistic Officer. He has a keen interest in youth development and has good interpersonal and communication skills, a pleasant disposition and a good sense of humour.
