The Transformational Mentoring Programme (TMP) holiday sessions were fully packed with a 7-weeks learning experience for the Mentees, beginning from July 20, 2021, to September 6, 2021.
The various sessions were well facilitated by programme Mentors and a few guests on specific days scheduled for the respective schools. Mentees were privileged to have the official bus convey them to and from their various schools to the training facility at the office which formed part of their exposure.
The holiday session focused largely on the delivery of the programme training modules, allowing Mentees to demonstrate lessons learnt through role-plays, quizzes and contests, interviews and well-organized speeches after their respective sessions.
Also, Mentees had the chance of meeting new peers – students from other schools during their general sessions while a few parents decided to stop by the venue to see what the programme activities entails and this paved way for their laudable comments on the programme impact so far.
