Listeners learned about Inclusive leadership – a critical capability to leverage diverse thinking in a workforce, organization, or community. The conversation also highlighted that non-inclusive leadership often results in failed leadership. While the ability to sample and respect the opinions of the people you lead makes one a unique leader.
Our featured guests were; John Collins, entrepreneur and founder of JC Foundation, and Pat Ottoh, public speaker and leadership coach. They were joined by Joshua Ogar, programmes coordinator of The Bridge Leadership Foundation.
