The Bridge Leadership Foundation sponsored ten (10) Mentees from its Transformational Mentoring Programme all of whom are secondary school students within Calabar.
The workshop was powered by Teen Speak Academy which featured 5 speakers in 8 sessions including that of the keynote speaker – Khai Nguyen. Teens were trained on why and how to build great speaking skills, how to overcome public speaking phobia, how to start and sustain meaningful conversations and finally, communication skills and correct pronunciation necessary for making applaudable speeches.
At the end of the workshop, they were all issued certificates of participation and eventually announced to have become members of the Academy by default.
