At The Bridge Leadership Foundation, we are pleased to share key progress on the Emerging Political Leaders Fellowship in the first quarter of the year.
Our call for applications for the programme opened in January and was extended into March, allowing more young Nigerians the opportunity to apply and be part of this journey. We successfully concluded our call for applications, receiving over 396 applications from passionate and driven young Nigerians across the country. The level of interest, diversity of experiences, and commitment to leadership we encountered made this one of our most engaging application cycles yet.
Following a rigorous review process, 64 applicants have been longlisted and invited to proceed to the next stage by submitting their video applications on or before April 8th.
We recognize the effort, time, and thought that every applicant put into this process. While not everyone could be selected for the next stage, we want to sincerely appreciate your interest in the Fellowship. Your willingness to step forward and engage in leadership development is commendable, and we strongly encourage you to keep building, learning, and applying for future opportunities.
