November marked a period of strengthened momentum across all LCD schools. As the programme approached its final stage, both mentors and mentees demonstrated increased commitment and maturity. The shift from theory to practical application became evident as mentees engaged more deeply with the sessions.
Throughout the month, topics such as decision making, assertiveness, negotiation skills, communication, personal hygiene, and community responsibility were explored. These discussions evolved into meaningful exchanges where mentees shared their experiences and demonstrated growing confidence and self-awareness.
A key milestone was the continued development of the Community Action Projects. With guidance from mentors, mentees identified community needs, aligned them with relevant SDGs, and drafted actionable project ideas. Several schools submitted their plans on time, and constructive feedback was provided to strengthen clarity and sustainability. Follow-up is ongoing with remaining schools to ensure full compliance.
Overall, November reflected clear progress. The mentees are taking ownership of their learning, applying leadership principles, and building the confidence required to drive change within their schools and communities. The programme is steadily advancing toward a successful and impactful close.
