IRecruiters Africa is a renowned Building and Civil Engineering Construction company operating in Nigeria.
The Company is currently seeking to hire a Project Engineer to work alongside the Project Manager on a manufacturing plant heavy concrete work structure Project located in Calabar, Nigeria.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designing civil structures and project blueprints using relevant design software
- Creating repair and maintenance project outlines using project management software
- Managing civil engineer technicians and lower-level workers to complete projects on time and on budget
- Analyzing relevant data to create project plans
- Conducting risk-analysis to set each project up for success
- Derive the project work plans/schedules and make revisions when need arises.
- Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
ELIGIBILITY:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: 5-8 years in Piling, Civil Engineering, Heavy duty construction hands on experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving and creativity skills,
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, Project Management
- Certification in PMP or COREN certification is highly desirable
