‘To compete globally, Nigeria must deliberately groom young leaders with right skill sets’

The importance of grooming young leaders who can lead the transformation of the African State has never been more critical than now. Arguably, Leadership in Africa continues to be the defining pillar that is central to the development of the continent. Therefore, any efforts geared at building a community of ethical, forward-thinking, equipped and transformational leaders should be greeted with warmth and wholesome support.
