Transformational Mentoring Programme (TMP) – Holiday Monitoring

In the course of the holiday period, evaluations were also carried-out to ascertain the level of process and impact made so far.

Activities at West African People’s Institute (WAPI), Estate Secondary School, and Government Secondary School – State Housing were directly monitored by the Programmes Officer – Martha Lawrence. During the visit, key areas assessed include Mentees’ weekly attendance, level of session engagement, Mentors’ facilitation skills and also, how well mentees understood the specific modules covered.

It was so amazing seeing mentees speak on the topics learnt so far without support from their notebooks.

This obvious improvement translates to how intentionally, mentors are grooming these young ones. It is therefore safe to say that the zeal and commitment of both the Mentors and Mentees towards the programme thus far, has been commendable and highly inspiring.

The Bridge Leadership Foundation is a non-profit leadership and capacity development Foundation established in 2011 committed to raising generations of transformational leaders.
