  • 4 – 6 years’ experience developing and delivering communications strategies to diverse stakeholder constituents particularly within the startup or development sector space.
  • Strong ability to transform FATE’s programs and initiatives into exciting and useful messages, and disseminate it to the right audiences through the best distribution channels.
  • Highly collaborative style; experience developing and implementing communications strategies.
  • Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong track record as an implementer who thrives on managing a variety of key initiatives concurrently.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently, and entrepreneurial; enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Media or Communications) from an accredited university.
  • Relevant communication certifications particularly on leading digital media platforms are an added advantage.
