YOUTH OF THE WEEK: DIPO AWOJIDE

Dipo Awodeji is the founder of BTD Hub, an organization which is presently unlocking and widening Nigeria’s academic bounds. As a career coach, he has been an African frontier for inspiration and empowerment for young professionals to fulfill their potentials.

Dipo graduated from the august University of Abuja with a degree in accounting. He also holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Coventry University, United Kingdom and PhD in Strategic Management from Loughborough University, United Kingdom.
He is a Lecturer at Nottingham Trent University where he lectures on a variety of Strategic Management and International Business related modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He also contributes to the assessment and management of academic programmes within the subject area.

Dipo always had had passion for mentoring and helping young professionals create an outstanding career which was why he founded BTD Hub in 2015 and that passion and dream of his is fast becoming reality.
The Hub is on a pursuit of creating career, youth empowerment program, interview support and linked-in optimization, employability and enterprise service, placement schemes, career fair and leadership conferences. The Hub’s personal master classes have very much touched major states in Nigeria and abroad since inception and has built amazing professionals across Africa.

Recently, Dipo, in partnership with the CEO of Nairabet, Oloye Akin Alabi, actively took the master classes across major cities in Nigeria, namely Ibadan, Lagos, Akure and on its way to other major cities in the country. Dipo and Alabi are working effectively to shatter the constraints of unemployment in the country.
He has a very impressive media presence, majorly on twitter, where he gives timely advices and coaching to his followers. At 33 years old, he is a mentor and face for youth participation across Africa. His push for a new and better Nigeria is relentless.
